The senshi power had been of Moon , Venus , Mars, Jupiter , and Mercury. There had even been an upgrade in henshin sticks upon the Outer Senshi. Ella had made these powers for her Senshi however for various reasons she had kept such power from them in question of certain Senshi. (e)

Usagi didn't even like talking about that stuff in front of her own parents when she was younger, it took Ikuko's own encouragement to bring Mamoru home when her father wasn't home to actually discuss things. But Chibiusa was apparently brave enough to do so and that impressed her. "About you and Kenshi?" Usagi inquired. "I think…I'm more concerned about what your father's gonna say." Although there are certain things I'm uninformed of when it comes to the senshi's activities I'm sure that you'll be able to decide. I prefer to consult rather than act hastily and later regret the decision made. Do not do this just to give them power that they may not need. Test them. I'm aware that Nakio recently began to train Venus and my own daughter…what the progress results are I'm uncertain. I personally do not agree with giving those girls power that they weren't meant to have…not without precautions. You must create precautionary measures to ensure that those powers won't fall into the wrong hands or be abused by the senshi themselves. And also Ella..." Serenity began. “Can those henshin sticks deem them worthy? One false move on their part and those henshin sticks won’t work for them. If you can ensure me all of that...then I may agree to this.
